The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, with expertise in high-volume manufacturing processes, including plastic injection molding, composite layups, CNC machining, and electrical packaging. Strong proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks/Siemens NX) and experience with FEA and thermal analysis tools (ANSYS) are also essential.
