SpaceX Orbital Communications Manufacturing Engineer

At SpaceX, we are revolutionizing the space industry with our cutting-edge technology and innovative approach. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing production solutions for our Orbital Communications factory.
**Job Summary:**
- We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to lead a team of manufacturing engineers and drive the development of high-output, high-quality, low-cost production systems.
- This position will require working closely with design engineers, internal production resources, and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts.
- You will also be responsible for developing, managing, and executing capital/operating expenditure plans.
**Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, aerospace, electrical, or manufacturing engineering
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment working within a recognized quality system (i.e., AS9100, ISO9001)
We estimate the salary for this position to be around $120,000-$150,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. If you have a Master's degree or relevant certifications, your salary may be higher.
