Job Description

Are you ready to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency at Mondelēz International? We are seeking a skilled Maintenance and Reliability Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement proactive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Lead a team of maintenance professionals to ensure effective execution of maintenance plans and schedules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Manage maintenance budgets and resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in maintenance and reliability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance leadership or a related field.
  • Proven track record of improving equipment reliability and reducing maintenance costs.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Experience with SAP PM module and other maintenance management software.
