Production Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Title: Production Quality Assurance Specialist
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year
Farmer Brothers is seeking a Production Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This role will serve as the primary contact for analytical testing results and associated data, ensuring the wholesomeness of our product line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform various audits and tests from raw material stage to finish product to ensure quality standards are met.
- Provide technical support with an emphasis on consumer requirements, continuous product quality, and productivity requirements.
- Monitor product processing, consistency, and packaging integrity by conducting analytical testing, sensory evaluation, and documentation verifications.
- Take action on any quality noncompliance and record all results in the Quality Computer System.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma required; 2-year VOC/Tech Degree or 4-year Bachelor's Degree in a Food or Science-related program preferred.
- Previous Quality Assurance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Certified HACCP and SQF training and experience highly preferred.
