Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in proposal activities, encompassing all phases of program proposals, including thorough reviews and analysis of technical and cost proposal materials, as well as Request for Proposal (RFP) Terms and Conditions; collaborate with various departments for proposal inputs.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients and maintain strong communication with customer representatives.
  • Oversee all facets of program execution, ensuring the development and upkeep of program plans and budgets that address technical, financial, and scheduling elements.
  • Ensure adherence to Government, Company, customer, and industry specifications and regulations (e.g., FAR, DFAR, ITAR).
  • Manage communications by coordinating the company's position and acting as the primary representative in discussions with customers and related contractors regarding program matters.
  • Foster professional development by establishing and maintaining a strong personal, professional, and technical reputation within the industry and customer communities.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three (3) years of experience; or a Master's Degree with at least two (2) years of experience, including leadership of a Program Management team.
  • Experience in the Aerospace/Defense sector with interactions within the DoD community.
  • This position necessitates access to technology, materials, software, or hardware governed by US export laws. To qualify, you must be classified as a 'US Person' under these laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license).
  • Capability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree with six years of experience; or a Master's Degree with four years of experience.
  • Established relationships within the DoD customer base.
  • Advanced experience in Program Management.
  • PMI Certification.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong presentation capabilities.
