Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Charge Nurse to join our team. As a Charge Nurse, you'll be responsible for coordinating the activities of the department, supervising staff, and providing direct patient care. You'll work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate departmental functions and activities
  • Supervise and mentor staff to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement plans to meet regulatory requirements
  • Provide direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing care as needed
  • Collaborate with the CNO to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of two years of relevant clinical nursing experience
  • A nursing degree from an accredited nursing school
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona
  • CPR and ACLS certifications (as applicable)
