About the Role

This is a dynamic and challenging position that requires a skilled and dedicated nurse to lead our MedSurg/Telemetry team. As a RN Charge, you'll be responsible for coordinating the scheduling efforts of the unit RNs, acting as a liaison to internal and external customers, and developing and implementing plans to meet regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the scheduling efforts of the unit RNs
  • Act as a liaison to internal and external customers
  • Develop and implement plans to meet regulatory requirements
  • Train and mentor staff
  • Provide direct clinical patient care
  • Supervise staff to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care

Requirements

  • Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school
  • License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona
  • CPR and ACLS certifications
  • Two years of relevant clinical nursing experience
  • Management experience with two years of supervisory experience
