Job Summary

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Charge Nurse to join our Med-Surg team at Abrazo West Campus. As a key member of our healthcare team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate functions and activities related to a single departmental function
  • Act as liaison person to internal and external customers
  • Develop and implement plans/processes for meeting regulatory requirements
  • Train and mentor staff
Requirements
  • Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school
  • Two years relevant clinical nursing experience
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively implement change and assist with the management of departmental budget
Preferred Qualifications
  • BSN
  • Management experience with two years supervisory
  • Certification in specialty area of practice preferred
