Job Overview

As a highly skilled Account Executive - Client Relationship Management, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue expansion within a portfolio of high-value accounts. You will work closely with Enterprise and Strategic Account Executives to develop and execute strategic account plans, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion within assigned accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and developing solutions to meet those needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, leveraging your expertise in telecom and technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and account plans.
  • Monitor and analyze sales activity and metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.
Requirements
  • 4-7 years of B2B field sales experience, preferably in the telecom or technology industry.
  • 2-4 years of experience in account management, sales strategy, and business development.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expansion within high-value accounts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop insights to improve sales performance.
