Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary escalation point for business-related issues during designated hours.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Z1 Discovery Communications LLC products and services.
  • Work alongside teams to swiftly identify and address issues.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to offer support across multiple platforms.
  • Mentor and guide frontline support teams.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices.
  • Collaborate with larger teams to ensure excellence in service delivery.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English/German, English/Spanish, or English/Polish is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service within the media, entertainment, or technology sectors.
  • Familiarity with consumer streaming devices and Agile methodologies is advantageous.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Compensation Overview:
The salary range for this position is $35,360 - $62,679.00 annually, with additional benefits including bonuses, incentives, and health insurance coverage.
