Job Description

At Amazon, we are seeking a highly skilled Digital Program Manager to join our Prime Video Global Operations Excellence team. As a Digital Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines, managing, analyzing, presenting, and communicating relevant results to senior management, and gathering, interpreting, and leveraging data to inform and influence others, and to drive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the subject matter expert of your assigned program
  • Define program value propositions, advantages, and limitations
  • Be the liaison between various technical, business, and development teams to drive both proactive and reactive customer experiences solutions
  • Own and support global cross-team coordination, project management, and be able to swiftly prioritize and multi-task based on severity level and strong business judgment
  • Identify and investigate data to isolate issues, develop solutions, and prioritize opportunities for servicing partner teams
  • Have a passion for continuously improving the customer experience
  • Be a creative problem solver who always thinks critically about next steps
  • Possess flexibility and have a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and highly ambiguous work environment
Basic Qualifications
  • 4+ years of professional experience in a related field
  • 4+ years of program management experience
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines
  • Experience managing, analyzing, presenting, and communicating relevant results to senior management
  • Demonstrated ability to gather, interpret, and leverage data to inform and influence others, and to drive decision-making
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Digital Supply Chain, Physical Supply Chain, Manufacturing Process, or Continuous Improvement within large global organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing/business counterparts to deliver online products/services
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including strong writing and speaking skills
  • Advanced ability to draw insights from data and clearly communicate them (verbal/written) to the stakeholders and executives as required
  • Must be able to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing and competing priorities
  • Be self-driven and show ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete or imperfect data
  • Clear verbal/written communication, including an ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences, and both business and technical teams
  • Strong attention to detail, end-to-end ownership, and driving results
