Job Summary & Key Accountabilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing banking transactions, and promoting the benefits of our banking products and services.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Executing customer banking transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Answering customer questions, assisting with customer requests, and resolving issues and problems.
  • Posting transactions, paying out funds, verifying cash, and performing other duties related to executing customer transactions.
  • Executing branch opening and closing duties, as well as cash and coin processing activities.
  • Participating in community events and promoting the company's brand.
