Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Universal Banker to join our team at Berkshire Bank. As a key member of our retail banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to customers, identifying their needs and making recommendations to meet their financial goals.
  • Execute a wide range of customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, offering and selling products and services to meet their needs.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals, while maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on Bank policies, procedures, and products, and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; banking courses a plus.
  • Proven experience in a goal-oriented sales or customer service environment, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in digital banking platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
