About the Role

As a Service Advisor at South Bay Hyundai, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the success of our dealership.

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  2. Schedule appointments and generate estimates in a timely and accurate manner
  3. Provide customers with expert advice on vehicle maintenance and repairs
  4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
  5. Stay up-to-date with manufacturer recommendations and industry developments

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in the automotive industry or related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies and diagnostic tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic presence in a team environment

Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
