About the Role:

As a Customer Experience Specialist at UNIFY, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and sales activities to drive growth and membership development. This involves analyzing financial needs, providing relevant solutions, and working closely with our members to meet their goals.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook applications is also essential, as well as a strong understanding of Credit Union products and services.

Key responsibilities include responding to new and existing member inquiries, facilitating account openings, and recommending related products and services. You will also be responsible for managing an assigned member base, uncovering additional financial needs, and proactively seeking new business opportunities through outbound calling and internal referrals.
