About the Role

FusionWorks is seeking a highly skilled IT System Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of client operating systems, both internally and for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and maintain client operating systems (Windows and macOS) in the internal area, as well as provide support for software solutions used.
  • Configure and maintain Microsoft server operating systems and installed applications, with manufacturer support.
  • Configure and maintain Linux server operating systems and VMware cluster environments.
  • Accompany and conduct the IT onboarding and offboarding process.
  • Continuously develop and improve the internal IT infrastructure.
Requirements
  • Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable education with relevant professional experience.
  • Experience in client support and Windows server administration, as well as basic knowledge of Linux server system administration.
  • Customer orientation, quality awareness, technology focus, willingness to experiment, team player, and a structured, conscientious, and service-oriented way of working.
