Job Summary:

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Enterprise Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As an Enterprise Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-class monitoring solutions for our global infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement resilient and scalable monitoring solutions for our enterprise infrastructure
  • Develop automations and solutions with Python to integrate monitoring tools into our ecosystem
  • Participate in Agile Development processes and work with stakeholders to collect requirements
  • Support and maintain existing tools and onboard new functionalities to existing tools
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and deliver end-to-end products and features

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering
  • Passion for developing enterprise-scale monitoring solutions
  • Experience with Python or similar programming languages
  • Experience with Linux and Windows server administration
  • Experience with SDLC best practices and source control tools such as GIT

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Network TCP/IP
  • Experience with monitoring protocols such as SNMP, Syslogs, Wireshark, Agent-based monitoring
  • Experience in the securities or financial services industry
  • Hands-on experience with industry-standard Enterprise monitoring tools
  • Experience with Docker/Kubernetes
  • Experience with public cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure
