What You'll Do:

  • Drive Sales SuccessAchieve sales targets in the South Texas/Eagle Ford region by building relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Create Strategic SolutionsDevelop tailored sales strategies that meet the specific needs of each customer.
  • Be the Customer’s AdvocateVisit client sites to ensure projects are on track and customers are satisfied, while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Lead Industry EngagementStay at the forefront of market trends, attend industry events, and represent the company at trade shows and educational sessions.
  • Own Your TerritoryManage your own book of business independently, with full access to cutting-edge CRM tools for tracking leads and opportunities.

What You Bring:

  • Industry ExpertiseAt least 3 years of experience in oilfield sales, with a strong understanding of the frac/oilfield market.
  • Self-MotivationAbility to work independently from a home-based office, managing your time and sales pipeline effectively.
  • Communication SkillsStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to deliver engaging presentations to clients.
  • CRM SavvyExperience with sales CRM tools to stay organized and manage customer relationships.
  • A Valid Driver’s LicenseClean driving record and the flexibility to travel occasionally for client meetings.

Education:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required – we value experience and drive above all else.
