Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold all operational standards, policies, and procedures to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Efficiently check in and check out guests, providing personalized service with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Accurately handle reservations and manage guest inquiries with attention to detail.
  • Respond promptly to guest feedback and concerns, working collaboratively with team members to implement solutions.
  • Maintain effective communication with all departments to ensure the smooth operation of the property.
  • Keep an organized log of guest interactions and ensure follow-up on any outstanding issues.

Qualifications:

We are seeking candidates who possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
  • At least six months of experience in the hospitality or service industry.
  • Strong communication skills in the primary language of the workplace.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Excel and Word.
  • The ability to handle mathematical concepts related to cash handling and billing.
