Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the operations of 5-6 restaurant locations.
  • Ensure strict compliance with OSHA regulations, local health and safety codes, and company safety policies.
  • Coach and train various management levels to achieve operational excellence.
  • Participate in new employee orientation and monitor training processes to guarantee high-quality training for team members and managers.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources on employee relations issues, including hiring, terminations, and investigations.
  • Create and maintain a safe working environment for all employees and guests.
  • Identify and address chronic maintenance and repair issues.
  • Develop and sustain appropriate management staffing levels, ensuring full management coverage for each location.
  • Encourage a focus on top-line performance through operational excellence.
  • Ensure adherence to operational procedures at all times.
  • Lead employee recognition and motivation initiatives across the market.
  • Partner with General Managers to establish and achieve sales objectives.
  • Provide leadership to managers to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Assist managers with employee relations and proactively address market needs.
  • Utilize reports to identify operational opportunities.
  • Revise and implement policies as necessary.
  • Supervise staff across various departments and provide constructive feedback.

  • Dynamic and energetic leader driven to achieve results.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Proven track record of enhancing customer satisfaction, financial performance, and employee engagement.
  • Strong leadership capabilities in coaching, team development, culture building, problem-solving, and executing tasks.
  • Availability for a minimum 50-hour work week.
Physical Requirements
  • Able to lift 10-40 pounds, reach with arms and hands, and stand or walk for extended periods.
