- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA regulations, local health and safety codes, and company safety policies.
- Coach and train various management levels to achieve operational excellence.
- Participate in new employee orientation and monitor training processes to guarantee high-quality training for team members and managers.
- Collaborate with Human Resources on employee relations issues, including hiring, terminations, and investigations.
- Create and maintain a safe working environment for all employees and guests.
- Identify and address chronic maintenance and repair issues.
- Develop and sustain appropriate management staffing levels, ensuring full management coverage for each location.
- Encourage a focus on top-line performance through operational excellence.
- Ensure adherence to operational procedures at all times.

- Partner with General Managers to establish and achieve sales objectives.
- Provide leadership to managers to ensure guest satisfaction.

- 2-3 years of successful operational management experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry or a retail environment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Proven track record of enhancing customer satisfaction, financial performance, and employee engagement.
- Strong leadership capabilities in coaching, team development, culture building, problem-solving, and executing tasks.
- Availability for a minimum 50-hour work week.
- Able to lift 10-40 pounds, reach with arms and hands, and stand or walk for extended periods.
