Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a territory plan to achieve sales goals, leveraging exceptional sales skills, territory management expertise, and strong customer relationships.
  • Educate end-users on the clinical benefits of Smith & Nephew products, showcasing our innovative solutions.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to key customers and customer groups, as well as conduct product lunches and dinners for identified customer groups.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, decision-makers, and thought leaders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B, direct selling, or medical sales experience, preferably within the acute care setting.
  • Proven track record of effectively presenting key concepts and recommendations to customers in formal and informal settings.
  • Strong analytical skills, including pipeline management, territory analysis, and territory management, with a proven success in complex sales processes.
  • Experience selling in an environment with multiple call points and decision-makers within an account.
  • Professional training program experience, such as Challenger Selling.
