POSITION TITLE: Project Coordinator

In the role of Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal part in supporting diverse teams across our organization. Your responsibilities will encompass managing schedules, facilitating meetings, monitoring project milestones, and ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee appointment schedules and organize meetings
  • Coordinate tasks related to action items and monitor progress
  • Maintain project documentation and assist with internal communications
  • Update contact databases and support financial tracking efforts
  • Arrange travel logistics and offsite meetings
  • Identify areas for enhancement and disseminate best practices
  • Assist with administrative functions across the organization

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least two years of experience in an administrative capacity
  • Experience within healthcare-related organizations is advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and various online tools
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
