Key Responsibilities
- Direct the work of Team Members, including interviewing, selecting, and training new hires.
- Appraise Team Members' productivity and efficiency, recommending promotions or changes in status as needed.
- Handle Team Member issues, including complaints and discipline.
- Plan and distribute work among Team Members, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Provide for the safety and security of Team Members and the store.
- Manage the budget for the Front End department or location.
- Monitor and implement compliance measures to ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.

Requirements

- Demonstrated product knowledge relevant to the department.

- Food Safety certification.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Age 18 or older.
