We are seeking a Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the restaurant run smoothly, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations, staff management, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front-of-House Operations
    • Oversee the management of front-of-house staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses
    • Ensure that all front-of-house operations are running smoothly and efficiently
  • Back-of-House Operations
    • Oversee the management of back-of-house staff, including chefs, cooks, and dishwashers
    • Ensure that all back-of-house operations are running smoothly and efficiently
  • Staff Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop front-of-house and back-of-house staff
    • Manage staff schedules and ensure that all staff are adequately trained and equipped to perform their duties
  • Inventory Control
    • Manage inventory levels and ensure that all stock is ordered and received in a timely manner
    • Monitor and control inventory costs to ensure that they are within budget

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a restaurant operations management role
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and management principles
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
