Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Production Manager to join our team at Tatte Holdings LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all first shift baking and production at our modern-manufacturing facility, ensuring uncompromising quality and craftsmanship in all aspects of our overnight bakes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Senior Bakery Production Manager to develop and implement production plans, ensuring timely and efficient execution of all production tasks.
  • Direct and manage a team of bakers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality products and excellent customer service.
  • Develop and maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all relevant safety protocols and regulations.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of all production-related activities.
  • Participate in management meetings to ensure effective communication of all relevant product and operational information.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience working in baking or a food manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to operate bakery manufacturing equipment, including deck ovens, proofers, rack ovens, and fryers.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to direct and manage a team of bakers.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume production bakery environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Experience building and mentoring high-performance teams.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
