Job Description

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision. This individual will work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategic initiatives, driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute menus, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
  • Monitor kitchen performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets, increase revenue, and improve profitability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Restaurant Supervisor.
  • At least 6 months of experience in menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, making quick decisions when needed.
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures.
