The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will play a vital role in supporting the mission of Frontier Behavioral Health to enhance and change lives. As a CSR, you will provide a warm, welcoming, and professional environment for our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet each client with a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Support the clinical team by performing duties such as centralized scheduling, appointment confirmation, and backfill management.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and community partners to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Provide support to maximize clinical productivity and assist clients in their recovery and wellness.
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical team to promote a safe and welcoming environment.

Requirements:

  • High School graduate or equivalent required.
  • Two years of general office experience desired.
  • College education or specialty certification may be substituted for experience.
  • Customer service experience and active listening skills preferred.
