Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Engagement Representative to join our team. As a Member Engagement Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service support to members, program participants, and guests, ensuring a positive and engaging experience at our facility.

Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service support to members, program participants, and guests
  • Assist members and participants with their needs, including program and membership registration, troubleshooting issues, and supporting members' wellness goals
  • Utilize customer service skills to build strong relationships with members
  • Work effectively in a team setting to achieve goals and objectives
  • Perform cash handling and reconcile shift transactions
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Self-starter with attention to detail, able to multitask and work well in a team setting
  • Experience working in a customer service setting
  • Positive and professional appearance and attitude
  • Willingness and desire to live out the mission of the Y
  • Experience with cash handling and reconciliation
