Location: Various locations across Washington

As a Policy Reform Specialist, you will research and analyze health policies to promote effective public health initiatives and reforms. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare systems and policy issues, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct policy analysis and evaluate the impact of health policies on public health initiatives.
  • Develop recommendations for policy changes based on research findings and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with government agencies, advocacy groups, and other stakeholders to promote policy reform.
  • Monitor legislative developments and public health trends to stay informed of changes and opportunities.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and other forms of communication.


Requirements:


  • Master's degree in Public Health, Health Policy, or a related field.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex policy data.
  • Knowledge of healthcare systems and policy issues, including emerging trends and challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex policy information to stakeholders.


Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
