Job Overview

Clientmind, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the quality processes within a dynamic technology organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of superior products and maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Quality Management Systems: Strategically create and uphold a Quality Management System that aligns with the company's goals and meets contractual obligations.
  • Quality Process Enhancement: Design and refine quality processes aimed at evaluation and continuous improvement.
  • Standards Maintenance: Ensure adherence to both organizational and governmental quality standards, including comprehensive reporting.
  • Project Oversight: Supervise quality assurance across various projects and teams, ensuring that quality objectives are met while facilitating timely project delivery.
  • Documentation and Communication: Establish a well-documented quality management process with external partners, particularly with certified manufacturers.
Daily Responsibilities
  • Quality Management System Maintenance: Manage and uphold the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 certification.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams and project leads to implement the Quality Management System effectively.
  • Quality Assurance Support: Assist project teams in achieving optimal quality assurance and coordinate QMS activities across projects.
  • Risk and Opportunity Identification: Collaborate with team members to pinpoint risks and opportunities across multiple initiatives.
  • Internal Audits: Schedule and conduct internal quality audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Nonconformance Management: Review and monitor nonconformance reports, corrective actions, and root cause analyses.
  • Government Interaction: Establish and maintain communication with government quality representatives, supporting audits and site visits.
Qualifications
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Secret security clearance is desirable or the ability to obtain it.
  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory, with a preference for technical disciplines.
  • 8-10+ years of experience in a Quality Management role within technology sectors.
  • ASQ quality control certification is preferred.
  • Experience as an internal auditor is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) is a plus.
  • Configuration Management experience is beneficial.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Office 365 tools.
  • Ability to analyze complex information within operational settings.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel for customer engagements.
