Job Overview

KREWE, a distinctive high-fashion eyewear brand rooted in the vibrant culture of New Orleans, is on the lookout for a dedicated and ambitious Sales Representative to enhance our Wholesale sales team. Since our inception in 2013, we have expanded our unique collection of meticulously crafted sun and optical frames, reflecting our commitment to quality and design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed volume and net sales objectives for the KREWE product range.
  • Growth Strategy: Propel growth by executing KREWE's sustainable sales framework with key clients.
  • Account Management: Establish and maintain an effective call schedule to ensure consistent service levels for KREWE accounts, achieving net sales goals.
  • Visual Standards: Uphold brand visual merchandising guidelines, refresh displays, and utilize promotional materials effectively.
  • Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions for client staff, reinforcing product knowledge and brand messaging.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with current clients while collaborating with the local sales team to identify and engage new prospects.
  • Teamwork: Exhibit strong collaboration skills and contribute positively to team dynamics.
  • Motivation: Maintain a proactive attitude and attention to detail, demonstrating self-motivation.

Territory: This role covers NY State (excluding NYC), MA, CT, VT, NH, and ME.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in wholesale sales, preferably in the eyewear sector.
  • Experience in outside territory sales is advantageous.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A competitive mindset with a desire for personal and professional growth.
  • A positive, energetic demeanor with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel.
  • Must reside within the designated territory.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary of $62,400 plus commission opportunities.
