KREWE, a distinguished high-fashion eyewear brand rooted in the vibrant culture of New Orleans, is on the lookout for a dynamic and driven individual to enhance our Wholesale sales team. Since our inception in 2013, we have expanded our unique offerings of meticulously crafted sun and optical frames, available through various retail channels and our own ecommerce platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed volume and net sales goals for the KREWE product range.
- Growth Strategy: Propel growth by executing KREWE's sustainable sales approach with key customers.
- Account Management: Establish and maintain an effective call cycle to ensure regular service for KREWE customer accounts, aligning with net sales objectives.
- Visual Standards: Uphold brand visual merchandising guidelines, refresh displays, and utilize point-of-purchase materials effectively.
- Training Initiatives: Conduct regular training sessions for customer staff using brand materials to enhance product knowledge and ensure consistent messaging.
- Relationship Building: Foster relationships with current customers while collaborating with the local sales team to identify and engage new prospects.
- Team Dynamics: Exhibit strong collaboration skills and contribute positively to team efforts.
- Motivation: Maintain a positive demeanor and self-driven approach, with meticulous attention to detail.
Territory: NY State (excluding NYC), MA, CT, VT, NH, ME
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in wholesale sales, preferably in the eyewear sector.
- Experience in outside territory sales is advantageous.
- Proven ability to meet and surpass sales targets as a motivated team player.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A competitive mindset with a desire for personal and professional growth.
- A positive, energetic attitude with a willingness to adapt.
- Flexibility to work varied hours and travel as needed.
- Residence within the designated territory is required.
Compensation Package:
- Base salary of $62,400 plus commission.
- Comprehensive group health plans, including health, vision, and dental insurance.
