Job Overview

KREWE, a distinctive high-fashion eyewear brand rooted in the vibrant culture of New Orleans, is on the lookout for a dynamic and driven individual to join our Wholesale sales team as an Independent Sales Representative.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Sales Goals: Meet and exceed volume and net sales objectives for the KREWE eyewear collection.
  • Growth Strategy: Propel business expansion by executing KREWE's sustainable sales framework with key clients.
  • Account Management: Establish and maintain a strategic call cycle to ensure consistent service levels for KREWE customer accounts, achieving net sales targets.
  • Visual Standards: Uphold brand visual merchandising guidelines, refresh displays regularly, and utilize point-of-purchase materials effectively.
  • Training Initiatives: Leverage brand resources to conduct ongoing training sessions for customer staff, enhancing product knowledge and ensuring cohesive brand messaging.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong connections with current clients while collaborating with the local sales team to identify and engage new market opportunities.
  • Team Dynamics: Exhibit collaborative spirit and strong teamwork capabilities.
  • Positive Mindset: Maintain a proactive attitude and self-motivation, with a focus on processes and meticulous attention to detail.

Territory:
New York State (excluding NYC), Massachusetts, Connecticut, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine

Candidate Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in wholesale sales, preferably in the eyewear sector.
  • Experience in outside territory sales is advantageous.
  • Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competitive nature with a desire for personal and professional growth.
  • Exudes a positive, energetic attitude.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
  • Must reside within the designated territory.

Compensation Package:

  • Base salary of $62,400 plus commission opportunities.
  • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, vision, and dental insurance.
