Job Overview

Mattioni Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is seeking a highly motivated HVAC Service Apprentice to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your technical expertise and grow into a skilled HVAC professional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in structured training sessions at our HVAC Technical Training Center to gain hands-on experience and sharpen your technical skills.
  • Support the Lead Service Technician on service calls, ensuring efficiency and precision in every task.
  • Build strong customer relationships to guarantee satisfaction and earn trust.
  • Present yourself as a professional, creating opportunities for referrals and repeat business.
  • Learn to troubleshoot and resolve HVAC issues while adhering to our high-quality standards.
  • Maintain clean, organized job sites and ensure service trucks are properly stocked.
  • Assist in the accurate and timely completion of all paperwork and job documentation.
  • Master and apply the Nexstar Service System in every customer interaction.
  • Continuously invest in your training and growth as you develop into a top-tier HVAC professional.
