Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HVAC Install Apprentice to join our team. As an HVAC Install Apprentice, you will assist our lead installers in all HVAC system installations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. You will also be responsible for establishing customer rapport, showing professionalism and knowledge, and participating in on-the-job training to master installations.

Responsibilities
  • Assist lead installers in all HVAC system installations
  • Establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction
  • Show professionalism and knowledge to win new referrals and repeat business
  • Assist in properly staging jobs and adhering to quality checklists
  • Support lead installers in maintaining a clean and organized job site and well-inventoried truck
  • Participate in on-the-job training to master installations
  • Assist in completing accurate and timely paperwork
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High integrity and social skills
  • Desire to be a better installer tomorrow than today
  • Outgoing personality and ability to work well in a team
