About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HVAC Install Apprentice to join our team at Mattioni Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. As a key member of our installation team, you will assist our lead installers in ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the installation of HVAC systems, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Develop strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Present yourself as a professional and knowledgeable expert to win new business.
  • Support the lead installer in maintaining a clean and organized job site and well-stocked truck.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to master installation techniques.
  • Assist in completing accurate and timely paperwork.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Passion for the plumbing and HVAC industry and a desire to learn and grow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime

Supplemental Pay Types:

  • Overtime Pay

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Work Location: On the road
