Job Summary:The Human Services Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) program, which provides services to adults and children across county lines within the Western Region Integrated Care consortium. This includes immersing and adhering to overall program rules, DHS 36, Medicaid rules, and clinical best practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with program supervisors to oversee CCS operations
- Provide case consultations, performance expectations, and staff oversight
- Develop and implement strategic plans for programs
- Ensure internal and external outreach and collaborations to grow CCS's network of vendors/partners
- Manage budgets and resources for programs
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff to ensure quality services are provided to consumers
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Sociology or related field
- Two years of relevant experience with demonstrated competency in providing services to persons with substance abuse and mental health problems
- Preference for individual with experience working within CCS
- Personal vehicle and valid driver's license, or other reliable means for travel to appointments and meetings
