Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with program supervisors to oversee the delivery of comprehensive community services to adults and children across county lines.
- Provide case consultations, performance expectations, and professional development opportunities to staff.
- Ensure internal and external outreach and collaborations to grow our network of vendors and partners.
- Responsibility includes contracting for services, budgeting, and strategic planning for programs.
- Supervise, train, motivate, evaluate, discipline, and schedule the layout of work of departmental personnel.
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Sociology or related field.
- Two years of relevant experience with demonstrated competency in providing services to persons with substance abuse and mental health problems.
- Preference for individual with experience working within CCS.
- Must have personal vehicle and valid driver's license, or other reliable means for travel to appointments and meetings.
