Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Professional Housecleaners. As a member of our team, you will be trained on our proprietary Detail-Clean Rotation System, which has proven effective in over 20 million cleans across North America.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional cleaning services to residential clients
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve cleaning goals
  • Operate cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent customer service skills

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $16.00/hour, plus a $100.00 signing bonus after the first week. You will also receive weekly paychecks and paid training, travel, and mileage.
