About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Engineer to join our team at Fidelity Investments. As a key member of our digital experience team, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge web applications that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop web applications using modern programming languages and frameworks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code that meets our standards for performance, security, and scalability
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our development processes
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on web development
  • Strong knowledge of HTTP-based APIs, networking, and web development principles
  • Experience with modern web development frameworks, such as Angular
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, and HTML
  • Experience with version control systems, such as Git
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
