About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Architect to join our Healthcare team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple aspects of client, team, and project coordination, including full documentation coordination with consultants.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple project types, with a focus on healthcare projects, including renovations and ground-up construction.
  • Resolve complex technical and design issues with the team to produce innovative technical and constructable solutions.
  • Direct the production of drawings, specifications, and construction administration tasks.
  • Oversee the delivery of documents with design intent and top-notch technical quality.
  • Process submittals and substitution requests during construction and address RFI.
  • Interface with building and permitting officials during the permitting and construction phases of the project.
  • Manage client expectations, team communication, and consultant coordination.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field (required).
  • Master's Degree in Architecture or a related field (preferred).
  • Licensed Architect with 5+ years of professional experience in Architecture.
  • 5 years of healthcare project experience, including renovations and ground-up construction.
  • Minimum 5 healthcare renovation projects or collectively 15,000 SF of experience.
  • Experience in managing multiple project types, with a focus on healthcare.
  • Knowledge of building codes, zoning, jurisdictional processes, building materials, specifications, and construction techniques.
  • Experience in construction document preparation and field observation.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D modeling software.
  • LEED accreditation preferred.
  • Flexibility to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and client relationship management skills.
