Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and routes for our field sales representatives
  • Assist sales representatives in the sales process, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM database
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in common MS Office programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines
