Key Responsibilities:
The Logistics Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing the preparation of all outbound shipments for customer deliveries. This position requires close collaboration with drivers, supervisors, and the Transportation Manager.

Core Duties:
- Verify customer invoices for accuracy.
- Compile outbound documentation and print invoices.
- Record and organize cash on delivery (COD) information on shipping documents, driver manifests, logs, and inspection sheets.
- Ensure all paperwork is completed and approved correctly.
- Schedule appointments with carriers and vendors as necessary.
- Provide administrative support as required.
- Maintain weekly and monthly transportation reports.
- Assist sales teams with order tracking and rerouting as needed.
- Complete and review daily activity reports for drivers.
- Document all COD information on shipping papers.
- Sort, file, fax, copy, and distribute documents as needed.
- Adhere to attendance policies.
- Uphold safe working practices.
- Protect confidential company information.
- Undertake additional tasks and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in clerical roles and familiarity with transportation operations is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications is essential.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy are preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Additional Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Resourceful and well-organized, capable of managing multiple projects with minimal supervision.
- Strong telephone skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- High energy, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with diverse personalities.
