Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Project Manager to join our team at PSG Global Solutions Careers. As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain project RFI and Submittal registry and track each through to closure.
  • Provide regular RFI and Submittal status updates to project stakeholders.
  • Process payment requests and change orders.
  • Ensure all appropriate documents are posted to the project database and provide assistance to vendors as needed.
  • Review final soft copies of documentation, reviewing completion and adherence to A/E comments.
  • Track and validate approvals of Hard Copy documentation from project stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Recent college grads encouraged to apply also with internships.
  • 1-5+ years of construction management experience preferred.
  • Experience with commercial projects is a plus.
  • Experience in working with multiple leads across various disciplines to solve problems and improve processes.
  • Mechanical/HVAC experience desirable at subcontractor.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Effective organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong judgment and flexibility.
