Role OverviewThe successful candidate will provide administrative support to our CAR-T Manufacturing site at Raritan, NJ. They will assist with coordination of special projects and executive initiatives, ensuring seamless communication across teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all forms of communication to ensure clear announcements across teams and key stakeholders
- Provide executive-level administrative support, including maintaining organizational charts and headcount files
- Assist with data compilation, organization, and presentation for analysis and reporting purposes
- Support HR on plant-related engagement, recruitment, and onboarding activities
- Track and drive completion of key deliverables, proactively following up on outstanding items
- Participate in project planning, coordination, and preparation of project plans, communications, and dashboards
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum 5 years of administrative assistant experience
- Experience in life sciences, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industry preferred
- C-level and/or executive administration experience preferred
- Strong administrative support knowledge, including discretion and confidentiality
- Self-motivated, with initiative and ability to take ownership of tasks
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
$65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
