About the Role
">We are seeking an experienced Hybris Technical Director to lead the technical direction of our e-commerce platform at Diverse Lynx LLC. As a key member of our team, you will make strategic decisions and coordinate efforts to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Drive the technical direction of our e-commerce platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.">
- Develop and implement e-commerce solutions using Hybris, leveraging your expertise in customizing applications, CMS, and e-commerce suite.">
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Hybris with ERP (SAP), CRM (Salesforce) and other legacy systems.">
- Mentor and guide junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge in e-commerce architecture and Hybris development.">
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance our e-commerce platform.">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you should have:

- 12+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years of application architecture experience in e-commerce.">
- Strong hands-on experience in customizing Hybris-based e-commerce applications, CMS, and e-commerce suite.">
- Hands-on development experience in SAP Hybris e-commerce platform (B2C and B2B platforms).">
- Experience integrating Hybris with ERP (SAP), CRM (Salesforce) and other legacy systems.">
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.">
Salary Range
">The estimated salary for this role is $150,000 - $200,000 per year, based on experience.
