All educators are responsible for planning, leading, and engaging in age-appropriate activities that promote the cognitive, physical, emotional, and social development of children. You will help prepare children for their educational journey by introducing them to structured learning environments from infancy through school age, utilizing our established curriculum. Additionally, you will assist with daily care tasks such as feeding, changing, and supervising nap times. Maintaining open and interactive communication with parents and fellow team members through our Classroom Management system is essential. Lead educators will also manage classroom dynamics, create lesson plans, and respond to requests from the Assistant Director or Director.

Qualifications: Most states require candidates to be at least 18 years old under licensing standards, with some states accepting candidates as young as 16. A high school diploma or GED is required for educator positions, along with a minimum of six months of experience or a related degree/certification for higher roles. Certain states may require specific credentials for directors under licensing standards. A minimum of a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential is necessary to qualify.
