As a Sales Account Manager at Westlake Chemical Corporation, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with regional and divisional level decision makers with national builders. Your primary goal will be to build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.

You will be the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs, ensuring timely and effective communication. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining accurate client records, keeping builders up to date on current contracts/rebates, and developing a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.

Additionally, you will handle inquiries and requests from customers, address their needs, and stay on top of accounts to ensure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs.

You will also be responsible for generating progress reports for clients and direct manager within the organization, identifying upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities, and communicating with the sales team regularly.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have 3-5 years of relevant work experience, with a strong background in sales and client relationship management. You will also need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Additionally, you will need to be proficient in common customer success and customer relationship management software, such as Gainsight and Salesforce, and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback.

You will also need to be able to travel 50% of the time and have a preferred location of residence in the Western US.

The base pay range for this position is $87,000 to $123,000, based on relevant market data in our lowest and highest geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, experience, and skillset.

Dependent on the position offered, sign on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
