Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Scientific Content Specialist to join our team in Princeton, New Jersey. This role will involve developing high-quality content for medical communications activities and training materials.

About the Role

As a Scientific Content Specialist, you will be responsible for creating engaging and accurate content for various training formats, including eLearning, instructor-led courses, videos, and print resources. You will also work on medical communications activities such as advisory boards, symposia, and speaker slide decks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review client goals and strategy to develop relevant content
  • Develop learning objectives and create or select content that is accurate and flows logically
  • Apply instructional design techniques to create exercises and assessments
  • Collaborate with clients, subject matter experts, and internal teams to ensure successful project completion
  • Reference content according to established standards

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree or minor in a scientific discipline and excellent writing and editorial skills. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint and have good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
