This role is part of a dynamic team operating in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must possess experience in video editing, camera operation, and lighting techniques.Key Responsibilities:
Expertise in Video Production:
Proficient in operating various camera types.
Skilled in capturing high-quality audio on location.
Possesses a solid understanding of both outdoor and indoor lighting.
Able to troubleshoot issues on-site, from technical malfunctions to managing sensitive social interactions.
Attentive to identifying filming opportunities while avoiding unfavorable situations.
Comfortable engaging with diverse individuals, including the public, and occasionally navigating politically charged environments.
Familiarity with live streaming for social media platforms.
Expertise in Video Post-Production:
Possesses a keen eye for storytelling and transforming footage into narrative segments aligned with show formats or brand guidelines.
Able to manage post-production audio and color correction.
Knowledgeable about codecs, file types, structures, and post-production processes.
Familiarity with After Effects and motion graphics is highly desirable.
Able to collaborate directly with various creative leads and managers to implement editorial feedback.
Capable of taking ownership of projects while also effectively handing off work or picking up where others have left off, as needed.
Adaptability:
Ability to manage a diverse range of concurrent projects across various stages for multiple departments.
Flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
Strong communication, prioritization, and self-management skills are essential.
Frequent travel may be necessary, including flying or driving to designated locations.
Successful Candidates Will Demonstrate:
Proficiency in operating different camera types
Expertise in lighting and sound management
Skills in video editing, sound editing, and color correction
Basic animation capabilities (graphic overlays and lower thirds, with minimal 2D animation needs)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere, Photoshop, and After Effects
Experience with ProTools and/or Audition (Logic Pro is a plus)
Familiarity with finalizing video content for online distribution and social media
Able to source online footage for re-editing
Willingness to innovate and contribute effective solutions to the team
Ability to efficiently complete multiple videos and projects
Experience collaborating with other animators, editors, and vendors
Comfortable interacting with public figures and various presenters

Salary Range:
The salary target for this role is $70,000 - $85,000. Final offer amounts depend on various factors, including candidate experience and expertise.
This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on personal and company performance, in addition to our comprehensive benefits package.
